Olio E Osso Return Policy?
Olio E Osso does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds at this time. If a product is faulty or damaged, a replacement will be issued. For any further details, please contact their customer service at customerservice@olioeosso.com. Please note that if a delivery is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Olio E Osso. Once an order has been shipped, amendments cannot be made to the order. After a package has left the shipping facility, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. Please contact the local postal service facility for more information. Orders can take up to four business days to be processed and shipped. If there’s any delay in shipment, or if an item is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified right away via email or telephone. If an order includes backordered items, the in-stock items will be held until all items become available. Olio E Osso does not ship to PO Boxes and does not ship on major holidays. Duties and taxes will be charged on the merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
